Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Closet Design Group, we are committed to designing and manufacturing organization systems of exceptional quality. We proudly stand behind our products with this Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the home where the product was originally installed.

Warranty Coverage

If any component of your Closet Design Group organization system is determined by us to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal residential use, Closet Design Group will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective component;

• Replace the defective component with the same or a comparable product if the original is no longer available; or

• Provide an equivalent remedy as determined by Closet Design Group.

Replacement components may be shipped unassembled and may be cut, trimmed, or otherwise sized to reduce shipping costs or comply with shipping carrier requirements. Replacement products may vary slightly in color, grain pattern, finish, or appearance due to normal manufacturing variations or product changes over time.

Shipping Damage

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any claim for shipping damage must be reported to Closet Design Group within five (5) business days of delivery.

Replacement of items damaged during shipping will only be authorized upon receipt of clear photographs showing:

• The damaged product;

• The damaged shipping crate, carton, or packaging materials; and

• Any visible damage to the exterior packaging.

Failure to retain the original packaging or provide the required photographs may result in denial of the shipping damage claim.

Exclusions

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from, including but not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear;

• Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents;

• Improper use or overloading beyond intended design limits;

• Improper installation performed by anyone other than Closet Design Group or its authorized installers;

• Alteration, modification, repair, or disassembly by persons not authorized by Closet Design Group;

• Exposure to excessive moisture, humidity, standing water, flooding, fire, smoke, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or other environmental conditions;

• Damage caused by insects, pests, mold, mildew, chemicals, or corrosive substances;

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control;

• Cosmetic changes resulting from aging, sunlight, oxidation, or normal finish variations.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation location.

Closet Design Group reserves the right to inspect any claimed defect before authorizing repair or replacement. The customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or allow an on-site inspection before warranty service is approved.

Repair or replacement of defective components shall constitute the customer's exclusive remedy under this warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Closet Design Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, loss of profits, damage to other property, temporary housing expenses, or labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation unless otherwise required by law.

Closet Design Group's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.

To request warranty service, please contact Closet Design Group with your name, address, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected area. We will review your claim promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.
